      RCF :    new yield amount that you want  =
                    yield amount of the original recipe

for example the scrambled egg recipe for is two(2) people . Now you need it to make for four(4) people

1.5 tsp milk
2 eggs
1 tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
1 tbl butter

1. using the formula for the RCF

 RCF :    new yield amount that you want                          4 people   = 2 (RCF)
                    yield amount of the original recipe                   2 people


2. multiply everything in the recipe by 2

1 tsp black pepper______x2  =2
