In the book the author Richard Preston notes that Karl Johnson was one of the discovers of the Ebola virus.  Mr. Johnson worked for the C.D.C.

Using the Internet explain what the CDC stands for. Briefly state what they do there.

Today in the kitchen we prepped chicken for frying using the dry heat method (pan-fry). Briefly describe in at least 4 sentences what you did.
