Yesterday we learnt some classic culinary cuts that chefs used on a daily basis.
Today we made one of the classic cuts we learnt.
for homework you are to practice the culinary cut we made using either a cucumber an apple or a kiwi.
lastly, write the definition of the following words and draw their picture
julienne, batonnet, large dice tourne and paysanne
