Today in class we talked about Appetizers and for d' oeuvres. We also talked about BUTLER style service and BUFFET style service
Answer the following multiple choice questions

Homework for  June 8, 2015

In butler service items should be
   a )     Small enough to be eaten in 1,      2       or     3    bites.
   b)  Each item should be easy     or     hard   to handle by the guest.
    c)  Hor d’oeuvers should be simple and  attractive or 
     simple and messy
  d)   Each tray should hold no more than 3,4 or 5 simple food choices.
