Read the scenario about Randall an underline the errors he and his manager made

Randall works at a deli. He woke up at 7:47 a.m. and has to be at work by 8:00 a.m., today his stomach feels queasy. He puts his watch, several rings and the same uniform he wore the day before when prepping chicken.

At work, he realizes he left his hat home, so he works without one.  The manager puts Randall to work right away, without making sure he washes his hands loading the rotisserie with raw chicken. Randall then servers a customer a salad. The manager asks Randall to take out the garbage and make potato salad for the lunch. Randall tells the manager his stomach is queasy. The manager ask Randall to stay and work. Randall agrees and gets out the ingredients for potato salad. He goes to the restroom to relieve his symptoms, and quickly rinses his hands, there is no paper towel so he wipes his hands on his apron.

Later, Randall cuts his finger while making the potato salad. He bandages the cut and continues his prep work. The manager tells Randall to clean the tables. He puts on a pair of single use gloves and cleans and sanitizes the tables. When finished, Randall grabs a piece of chicken from the rotisserie for a snack. He takes the chicken with him to the prep area, so he can get back to making the potato salad.
